A headline from an article at Herald.com from earlier today read "25 feared dead in U.S.-to-Cuba voyage".
Obviously it was a Cuba-U.S. voyage not the other way around. While the folks at Herald.com fixed the headline on the story, they overlooked the mistake on the "reader comments" page for the article. It's not surprising, as Herald Watch has been reporting, the reader comments are often overlooked.
